What to expect in a session

Each session will  be for an hour by either telephone, email, or fax. We will discuss areas in your life that you would like to change. For example: "I have financial problems and nothing seem to be working in my life "  I will give you tools you can use to change this.- with the use of affirmations, visualizations and meditations. You will be absolutely amazed with the results from the use of  these  simple yet powerful tools!!!

After each session you will receive a list of things to work on until the next session. (by phone,fax, email, or snail mail) The list will include fun and easy exercises to work on that will begin to change your life for the better.
